A frozen G20

In normal time, a G20 is an opportunity to discuss about economy and the world market between the major powers of the world. But, this time, the Syrian civil war was the main subject of the exchanges.

Sadly, the positions of the main actors didn't change a lot : worse, the division between the camp for an offensive solution (led by the USA) and the camp for a non-intervention (mainly led by the Russia) expanded in the point to freeze the case.
